This site compares Iceland's ice cave tours; it does not sell or operate them. That distinction decides who you should be contacting, so this page is mostly about pointing you to the right place.
Ice Caves Tours is an independent guide to Iceland's ice cave and glacier tours. It compares tours, prices, seasons and operators, and links to booking platforms where those tours can be reserved.
It is not a tour operator, a travel agency or a booking service. No booking is ever made on this site, no payment is taken here, and no personal booking data reaches this site.
Contact the operator or the booking platform directly, not this site. That includes changes, cancellations, refunds, meeting points, pickup arrangements, medical or accessibility questions, and anything that happened on a tour.
Your confirmation email carries the operator's details and the platform's support contact. They hold your booking; this site does not, and cannot look it up, change it or refund it.
Corrections are genuinely welcome. Prices, seasons and access details change, and operators adjust their tours without notice. If something here is out of date or wrong, it is worth telling us:

To be direct about the limits: this site cannot book a tour, change a booking, issue a refund, contact an operator on your behalf, confirm whether a specific cave will be open on a specific date, or give advice on individual medical fitness for a tour. The operators can answer all of these, and the last two only they can answer honestly.
